Booking and Cancellation Policy
As a business owner, I deeply value your time and custom. I am truly grateful for every client who walks through my doors, time and time again. I perform each session with the utmost care and dedication, always striving to deliver the best possible experience.
When booking an appointment, I kindly ask for the same level of respect in return. To protect my business and time, a booking and cancellation policy is in place. Please read the following information carefully before making an appointment.
Booking Policy
Appointments are available are booked 2-3 months in advance. Priority is given to existing clients – remaining slots are then opened to new clients. Please check my social media for updates on availability.
Existing Clients: If you wish to maintain regular appointments, please reply promptly when notified of the diary opening. Appointments will be held for 24 hours based on your preferences. If unsuitable, I will do my best to offer alternative options.
New Clients: Once availability is posted, feel free to reach out, and I will try to accommodate you.
If you are visiting the cabin for the first time and are pregnant, please notify me beforehand so I can make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made before 48 hours of the appointment: No fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of the appointment fee.
Cancellation charges will be communicated to you, and a secure online payment link will be provided. All fees must be settled before booking future appointments. I do understand emergencies can arise, so these charges are applied at my discretion.
Important: If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. The cancellation policy will still apply.
Running Late?
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not have enough time to complete your full treatment. In this case, your appointment will be cancelled, and cancellation charges will apply. Rescheduling will be offered when possible.
Payment Policy
Payments at the cabin are card-only. If needed, I can accommodate PayPal or Bank Transfer transactions - please inform me in advance if you require this option.
