A bespoke treatment package designed to reduce stress, improve circulation, promote detoxification, ease tension and promote overall well-being. Includes:
- Acupressure along the back of body to encourage healing and provide relaxation
- Dry body brushing to stimulate the circulation of blood and lymph
- Signature massage techniques for the back, neck and shoulders to improve health of tissues, reduce stress levels, ease tension and clear stagnation
- Carefully selected aromatherapy oil blends that support the body’s natural elimination of toxins and excess fluids
- Reflexology to optimise the bodily systems and the function of organs, and promote overall well-being
THE ‘MUSCLE THERAPY’ SESSION
A muscle warming, pain relieving treatment package designed to ease tension, soothe aches and pains while relaxing the mind and body. Includes:
- Heat therapy for the back, neck and shoulder area to warm and relax the muscles, soothe pain and encourage the body’s natural healing process
- Movement, stretching and trigger point therapy on the back of the body to promote mobility, improve flexibility and reduce inflammation
- Techniques to release and restore the fascial tissue – the fascia is a series of interconnective tissue that surrounds the organs, muscles, bones, and nerves.
- Signature massage techniques to break down tension, restore circulation and relieve pain
- Carefully selected aromatherapy oil blends to soothe the muscles and joints
- Reflexology to relax the nervous system and promote overall well-being
THE ‘RELAXATION’ SESSION
A slow, soothing treatment package designed to melt away tension and stress, restore harmony to the mind and body and bring about a state of deep relaxation. Includes:
- Slow, intentional movements and acupressure over the back of the body to allow the mind and body to relax and “let go“
- A hot towel back cleanse to soothe the nervous system and bring warmth to the muscles
- Gentle restorative massage to the back, neck, shoulders and scalp to ease tension and lower feelings of stress and anxiety
- Carefully selected aromatherapy oil blends to help you relax and unwind
- Reflexology to relax the mind and body, improve sleep and promote overall well-being
THE ‘MATERNITY’ SESSION
A supportive, relaxing treatment package designed with expecting mothers in mind. An opportunity to unwind while receiving holistic care for you and baby. Includes:
- Soothing massage therapy over the neck, shoulders and scalp to ease pain and tension, while providing relaxation
- Pure sweet almond massage oil for peace of mind over essential oil and product safety during pregnancy
- Lower leg massage to relieve cramps, reduce swelling and improve circulation
- Advanced reflexology techniques to support you through each trimester, prepare you for birth, minimise discomfort and alleviate symptoms
THE ‘POST NATAL’ SESSION
A deeply relaxing treatment package designed to support you during recovery and offer time for you to rest and recharge in the months after birthing your baby. Includes:
- Heat therapy for the back, neck and shoulder area to provide relaxation, soothe the muscles, and encourage the body’s natural healing process
- Acupressure on the back of the body to restore balance and wellness within
- Gentle restorative massage of the back, neck, shoulders and scalp to reduce tension and ease aches and pains
- Advanced reflexology techniques to promote recovery, balance the hormones, reduce stress and anxiety and promote overall well-being
- Traditional ‘closing the bones’ wrapping with Mexican rebozos – an opportunity to fully rest and receive. A deeply healing post natal practice
